In my role as a Design Leader, and an IDEO Alum, I bring 22 plus years of experience in design practice and strategic design thinking to identify and create significant opportunities for value creation. I bring together the worlds of deep design craft and creative strategy to create unique moments of experience delight. I believe in design's inherent superpower to deliver happiness through meaningfully crafted touchpoints of experience excellence.
